1.Multiple functional and electrical tests are implemented throughout the assembly process. Professional load meters calibrate the overall voltage and current output, as well as basic functions including buttons and lighting, to screen out semi-finished products with functional abnormalities in advance.
2.After the shell assembly, we adopt high-precision digital DC power supplies to conduct dedicated full-load performance tests on every USB and Type-C port. With standard electrical parameters set, we accurately verify each port’s output power, voltage drop stability and load capacity, and fully eliminate hidden risks such as cold solder joints, broken circuits, failed fast charging and unstable voltage.All ports can maintain steady continuous output to avoid insufficient power supply, and reliably support multiple devices such as mobile phones and tablets.
