The product is assembled in a standardized and meticulous manner throughout the process. It is completed through the use of automated equipment for tasks such as component welding, torque locking, shell protection, and pneumatic pressing.
1.We adopt standardized and refined assembly procedures for full structural assembly and performance pre-inspection of power banks. All external keys and internal circuit wires are precisely welded to ensure stable and reliable electrical connection.
2.Automatic torque screw locking equipment is used for internal fixation with consistent force, effectively preventing loose screws, abnormal noise and component displacement during long-term use, making the whole structure more stable.
3.Before assembly, the housing is fully protected by automatic protective film cutting equipment to avoid scratches and wear during production, ensuring consistent appearance quality.
4.Precision pneumatic pressing technology ensures tight and seamless shell fitting, preventing warping and loose assembly. It improves the overall tightness and durability, delivering stable structure and reliable performance for every finished power bank.
