Battery Pre-Processing
Standard pre-treatment procedures eliminate common after-sales risks including overheating, short circuits and loose cells via stable welding, full insulation and structural reinforcement, delivering safe and durable lithium cells for all power bank products.
1. Precision Transistor Spot Welding
High-purity nickel strips connect cell tabs, processed by intelligent transistor spot welding machines. The digital control panel accurately locks welding current and pressure parameters for standardized production. Uniform and firm solder joints reduce heat generation under fast-charging high current, completely avoiding cold solder joints and desoldering failures.
2.Professional laser welding machine
The laser welding machine is used for series-parallel welding of multi-cell packs.
3. Insulation Stripe Protection
Insulation stripes are placed between positive and negative wires to block high temperature during laser welding and prevent cell diaphragm breakdown. It also supports leads to avoid wire offset and breakage.
4. Masking Tape Isolation
Masking tape wraps positive & negative leads to separate wires, preventing short circuits caused by tangled internal cables and greatly improving cell safety.
5. Pre-attached EVA Double-sided Adhesive
EVA double-sided tape is pre-laminated on cell backs. It firmly bonds cells to housing during assembly, eliminating internal cell shaking and displacement, ensuring stable structure without abnormal noise for long-term use.
