Automatic Injection Molding Workshop
Equipped with automatic injection molding machines and robotic pickers, we pre-install customized molds. All housings and accessories for power banks, chargers and electronic products are integrally molded with plastic materials under high temperature, realizing fully automatic and standardized production.
1. Robotic picking for unified dimensions
Automatic robotic picking ensures consistent thickness, radian and specification for all housings without dimensional errors, avoiding unqualified batch inspection caused by inconsistent sizes.
2. Self-owned molds for fast modification & delivery
With independent mold warehouse, new molds can be debugged in advance. Model switching requires no long downtime. Both small and bulk orders can be produced quickly to shorten sample lead time.
3. Integrated molding for durable & fine texture
One-piece high-temperature melting molding creates smooth, compact and sturdy housings, effectively solving common defects such as surface pitting, cracking and deformation of low-quality products.
4. Strict manual inspection to eliminate defective products
All molded parts are manually inspected. Defective goods with shrinkage, missing material, scratches and deformation are fully screened out to ensure only qualified products proceed.
5. Automatic film protection against scratches
Qualified housings are automatically covered with protective films to isolate dust and friction. EPE layered protection during storage and shipping prevents abrasion and damage during long-distance sea transportation, ensuring perfect appearance on delivery.
